THE ORIGINAL CULINARY IN PEMALANG,
"NASI GROMBYANG"
Not complete if we as tourists who like to travel to tourist
attractions as well as tries not authentic specialties from the region where
tourism is the city of origin. On this occasion, I will share information about
the typical cuisine of the city of Pemalang, Central Java. Typical food of this
city is nasi grombyang.
Nasi grombyang is a kind of rice mixed which is the original
food of the public in the city, Central
Java. The name of food is derived from the form of presentation, between
content and gravy sauce that looks a lot more wiggle (Javanese:
grombyang-grombyang, meaning "rocking"). Grombyang the contents of
rice consists of rice, slices of buffalo meat and gravy, served in a small
bowl. Usually eat nasi grombyang can completely with satay Loso, it’s menu as obligatory if we eat this kind of food.
